Our commitment

Crest Realty wants people with diverse abilities, technologies and circumstances to be able to access our website and services. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical benchmark. This is a continuing improvement goal, not a claim that every page currently conforms.

Measures we take

Our website is designed with semantic headings, keyboard access, visible focus states, readable colour contrast, responsive layouts, text alternatives for meaningful images and clear labels and error messages for forms. We test common pages and address identified barriers in proportion to their impact.

Known limitations

Some third-party property information, documents, embedded services or older content may not yet meet the same standard. We will try to provide an accessible alternative when reasonably possible.
